Karena itu, anak-anak mereka berhak atas pendidikan yang layak, kesehatan, tempat tinggal yang layak, yang semuanya harus diberikan pemerintah secara gratis.

Dari perspektif hukum, banyak kajian yuridis yang menyatakan bahwa substansi Raperda ini telah melanggar basis-basis dasar pembuatan suatu produk hukum yakni telah melanggar basis filosofis, yuridis dan sosiologis.

Sudah waktunya BP POM tidak memonopoli informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses pemberian registrasi dan proses pelaksanaan berikut hasil dari reguler inspection.

Ironisnya, sikap sebagian elit pemerintah/politikus menutup mata seperti menyatakan bahwa Indonesia sudah tidak masuk negara miskin lagi karena pendapatan per kapita sebesar US$ 2.000/tahun sangat menyesatkan.

KPAI juga meminta BPOM segera mengumumkan hasil penelitiannya, dan mengumumkan nama-nama merek susu yang tercemar serta perintah penarikan produk susu tersebut dari peredaran.
