Kasus Runtu merupakan kasus perampasan tanah warga oleh perusahaan perkebunan sawit, yang terjadi di Desa Runtu Kecamatan Arut Selatan, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat (Kobar) tahun 2005 silam.

Saat ini masih banyak anak-anak dari korban pelanggaran HAM yang putus sekolah karena penghasilan orangtuanya sebagai buruh tidak mencukupi. Karena itu, anak-anak mereka berhak atas pendidikan yang layak, kesehatan, tempat tinggal yang layak, yang semuanya harus diberikan pemerintah secara gratis.
