Youth Cultural Center Juventas

The Youth Cultural Centre Juventas (YCC Juventas) is founded on January 29, 1996 in Podgorica, Montenegro, where its main bureau is located. The vision of the YCC Juventas is Montenegro as a democratic, stable society in which young people can freely use their potentials, develop their interests and create their future in order to meet them. The mission of Juventas is to animate young people to be active participants in the process of decision-making, upon which their future depends. Goals are to stimulate critical thinking and develop the culture of dialogue; to promote cultural values; to support peace, tolerance, and peaceful conflict resolution; to promote the human rights of young people; to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and adolescents; to fight against legal and illegal substances abuse. More than 50 projects were implemented in 5 main sections of our work: Medias, Conflict resolutions and human rights, Culture, Healthy lifestyles, and Education.
